  • What are your business hours?

    For customer service where open form 8 a.m to 5 p.m Atlantic Standard Time.

  • How long until I get my delivery?

    Your delivery could take 15 to 30 days.

  • Where is your main office?

    Our main office its located in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico.



  • Can I change or cancel my order?

  • How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.



  • Are my payment details/data secure?

    We us the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).Theres nothing to wory about.

  • Do you accept international credit cards?

    Currently safetyoutlet.store can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and its territories. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

  • Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

    No. At this time safetyoutlet.store does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.



  • Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    Safety Outlet Store collects tax on orders shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, Wisconsin and Wyoming.



    If you are shipping to any of these states, any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. Please keep in mind, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to a state listed above.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    safetyoutlet.store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express for all orders.



  • Do you accept Paypal?

    Yes, we do accept Paypal. 



  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently do not ship internationally.



  • What are the shipping costs?

    if the item being purchased costs less than $250, shipping will be calculated and listed in your shopping cart at checkout. If the item being purchased costs more than $250, shipping is usually free, unless oversized or overweight. Please call Customer Service at 787-903-3519 for a shipping quote.

  • Can you ship to a PO Box?

    Unfortunately we cannot. Currently, we only ship via UPS, which does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.



  • Will my order be tracked?

    Yes! No matter what shipping option you go for you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can stalk your new gear all the way to your front door!
